PM Narendra Modi is doing his bit to bring about change but it appears that one of his schemes is not catchy enough. As part of PM scheme for young entrepreneurs, Modi has reportedly announced that a fund with nominal interest would be provided from the government to youngsters if they can get a proper project report. The interest rate would be less than what banks would offer. However, those who approached the government were in for an unpleasant surprise. They discovered that government will provide only 25% of the loan and Rs 25 lakhs is the upper limit while the balance has to be invested by the individuals.
The youth say if they get that fund, they can only set up a bakery in a rural area. Many are returning back disappointed as they expected high from this central government scheme. However, that is not what Modi anticipates. He believes when one can become a PM from a tea-boy, if one has got the right vision and can set up a goal with proper determination then he will grow and even government may support him in future. Youth is thinking like this but our PM is thinking like that. His idea is to give chance to those who are unemployed and seeking support. Let us see how successful this will be.
