An advocate of Guntur town in residual Andhra Pradesh has written a letter to Telangana Rashtra Samithi supremo and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao to open a TRS unit in AP to follow his footsteps.
In his letter, advocate Ramaswamy Reddy profusely complimented KCR for realising the 60-year old dream of the people of Telangana region for a separate State. Describing the TRS chief’s rule as wonderful, the Guntur advocate has stated that the policies being adopted by the KCR government for social justice would pave the way for achievement of welfare State as enshrined in the Constitution.
Ramaswamy Reddy further stated that distribution of three acres land to landless SC families and reservations to Muslim minorities and STs are historic measures and providing reservation to Backward Classes in the nominated posts are laudable. Desiring that KCR should become a role model for the entire country, the Guntur law man requested the TRS supremo to set up his party unit in coastal Andhra to follow his footsteps.
