92  percent of TRS  MLAs, MPs and MLCs would loose out on nativity and will be adjudged as  non-locals if the 1956 criteria is adopted in their case which is unconstitutional and undemocratic and never heard off any where in the world.

TDP leader Somireddy Chandrasekhar Reddy questioned whether KCR apply the same criteria for ration cards, housing, medicare, pensions and other welfare schemes. He said the new T govt order was against the spirit of presidential order of 1973,  371-D and Mulki. ‘TRS is now resorting to this measure after getting votes of people who were not here in 1956 only with the goal of eye wash to deny all of sops to people who voted for them’.
